  • Emerging technologies present the common question of how science can be integrated into the policy debate when, by definition, with an emerging technology, the science is well ahead of the content of the social discourse and the science is often not well articulated or understood. The scientific community takes time to reach a persuasive consensus on the implications of an emerging technology for societal risks and benefits. During this interval of scientific exploration of impacts of technological innovations, the conventional debates about regulation revolve around applying the precautionary principal to protect against potential risk or regulating only against demonstrated harm. Are there approaches to regulation that allow potential risks to be better imagined and managed without waiting for demonstrated harm or risking stifling innovation.

    Live long and Plaster

Howdy, in this show and tell stucco video my sons and I are explaining how to Repair a unique stucco texture.
These finishes appear difficult but in actuality just take a few years time in.

FYI, most stucco and concrete mixes use Portland cement as a binder, for example.
Concrete mixes rocks with their Portland cement with clean water to make concrete,
Stucco mixes sand with Portland cement with clean water also,
    to create stucco.
As a rule my fellow passionate plasterers, I describe in simple Layman’s terms the applications and reasons for our actions so that even my dear old grandma can understand.

“Warning: I make plastering look way easier than it actually is.”

Stucco provides thermal insulation against hot weather, helping to keep a home cool in the summer, especially if the exterior is a light color.
Stucco insulates against outside noises, making the inside of your home noticeably quieter than with exterior siding. Stucco strengthens a home, providing additional structural rigidity. This is because a stucco building is permanently encased in an envelope of wire and cement.
If you don’t like the look of concrete (a matter of personal taste), wood siding or cement board siding are better choices than aluminum or plastic. However, none of these sidings will last as long or be as maintenance-free as stucco.

This company has the idea of "better quality, lower processing costs, prices are more reasonable", so they have competitive product quality and price, that's the main reason we chose to cooperate.
