    PE Foam Sheet Machine(PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line) mainly produces PE foam sheet. Mixing material including LDPE butane, Talcum powder and Monostearin, are extruded in high pressure through extruder, and foam at part of the mould lip. Out of mold, sheet is fixed size by calibrating cylinder and winded by rollers .The PE foam rolls is got. The process is physical foam ,foam agent is butane. Adding antistatic agent and fire retardant can avoid static and burning effectively. After the foam process, the PE foam sheet is very light , it becomes an ideal packaging material.
