Factory Cheap price XPS Foam Board to Italy Importers
Factory Cheap price XPS Foam Board to Italy Importers Detail:
XPS foam insulation board process : Polystyrene Granule, Talcum Powder, Master batch, Blowing Agent , and fire retardant are mixed and melted in Extruder. The melt material will be extruded out of Slot Die, then through Calibrator for forming the panel shap. After cooling, cutting, edge trimming, packaged to finished product.
XPS board feature:
2, Water-proof, stable performance
Characteristics of XPS internal obturator honeycomb structure and polystyrene molecule itself does not absorb water, effectively prevent the penetration and the spread of water molecules, effectively avoid the disadvantage of leaking, penetration, frost and condensation caused by plate decomposition aging of other similar material..
3, High compressive strength, superior impact
Unique molecular arrangement and the stability of foam pore structure, make its high compressive strength, impact resistance, strong, according to XPS of different type and thickness of the compressive strength of up to more than 150~800Kpa, under various system loads on the ground.
4, Long-service life, excellence quality
Polystyrene itself has extremely stable chemical properties, resist aging after long time use.It does not produce harmful substances decomposition, good quality of water-proof and anti-moisture can ensure that even under very high&low temperature environment it can still maintain its superior performance.
|General specifications of XPS foam board （GB/T10801.2-2002)|

This DIY airsoft design is one of my all time favorite projects. It’s super inexpensive and can be put together in just a few minutes since it’s only made from two parts! A pen tube could be substituted as the barrel to make the project even less expensive, though a little less accurate. As with all airsoft guns, eye protection is required for safety!
The parts used in the video were a 24oz soda bottle and a 5/16” x 8” brake line (for the compact version), or a 5/16” x 28” brake line for the longer model. Brake lines are available at any auto parts store and usually cost between $4 – $7 depending on the length. So long as the diameter is 5/16″ to properly fit pellets, any length can be used.
You can check out my sponsor http://www.ThruNite.com for the brand new Archer A2 v2 and A1 v2 flashlights seen in this video (maybe for some Christmas gifts?). They’re waterproof and run on AA batteries, with too many cool features to list. A glow in the dark ring around the lens is something I’ve never seen before that looks really nice and helps to easily locate the lights if they’ve been set down in the dark. Like all of ThruNite’s flashlights they’re also exceedingly bright. Links to purchase these lights through Amazon will be posted lower in the description.
There are endless possibilities for how this airsoft project could be customized if desired. I went with a pretty simple design with the PVC housing seen in the video. It’s function was to simply improve aesthetics as well as add a more stable grip to the barrel. I know some of you will want to have the exact parts I used for the housing so I’ve listed them below. You can figure out the details of how it’s assembled easily enough by pausing the video. The only modification needed for any of the parts is to drill a hole for the barrel through the end cap.
1” Conduit Box T
3/4” PVC Pipe
1” x 3/4” Adapter (x2)
3/4” End Cap
3/4” 45 Degree Elbow (x2)
3/4” 90 Degree Elbow
