Excellent quality for Waterproof and Insulation XPS Foam Board for Bolivia Manufacturer
Excellent quality for Waterproof and Insulation XPS Foam Board for Bolivia Manufacturer Detail:
XPS foam insulation board process : Polystyrene Granule, Talcum Powder, Master batch, Blowing Agent , and fire retardant are mixed and melted in Extruder. The melt material will be extruded out of Slot Die, then through Calibrator for forming the panel shap. After cooling, cutting, edge trimming, packaged to finished product.
XPS board feature:
2, Water-proof, stable performance
Characteristics of XPS internal obturator honeycomb structure and polystyrene molecule itself does not absorb water, effectively prevent the penetration and the spread of water molecules, effectively avoid the disadvantage of leaking, penetration, frost and condensation caused by plate decomposition aging of other similar material..
3, High compressive strength, superior impact
Unique molecular arrangement and the stability of foam pore structure, make its high compressive strength, impact resistance, strong, according to XPS of different type and thickness of the compressive strength of up to more than 150~800Kpa, under various system loads on the ground.
4, Long-service life, excellence quality
Polystyrene itself has extremely stable chemical properties, resist aging after long time use.It does not produce harmful substances decomposition, good quality of water-proof and anti-moisture can ensure that even under very high&low temperature environment it can still maintain its superior performance.
|General specifications of XPS foam board （GB/T10801.2-2002)|

I had trouble finding any videos on how to fill the cracks in old style paneling. We had a dark wood type of paneling downstairs and I HATE wood paneling….now REAL wood paneling I can deal with but not the fake wood paneling. You find this a lot in older homes. In our case this house had survived a flood in the 80s so the previous owners replaced the downstairs walls with paneling while almost all of the upstairs has plaster. I hope you find this video helpful!

Ladder (may not need if you have low ceilings and are tall)
Bucket of drywall compound/putty (5gal)
Putty knife and Tray
Sand glossy paneling to give drywall a rough texture to stick to.
Coat putty in cracks and run putty knife over to smooth out.
Lightly sand rough edges after it is dry.
Apply second coat of putty in the cracks.
Repeat a third time if desired.
Apply thin coat of primer.
Apply two coats of desired paint color
It took us 4-5 days of work. I was there 24/7 from the time we close but my hisband only had the first and third day off. We also had some help from friends. Here is a timeline breakdown: (ea night we were up to anywhere from midnight – 2am and I’d wake up next morning around 7/8am and continue work.)
June 19- closed on house.
4pm-? Sanded walls, started filling with putty, two rms completed.
Total of 4 people working most of time
June. 20 – Sanded down, 2nd coat drywall putty in cracks.
2 people working at a time.
June 21. – moved stuff from storage to garage so didnt work until afternoon/evening.
Painted primer on trim and walls both rooms.
3 people working most of time.
June 22. – Painted trim and 1st coat on walls
1 person most of time, 2 after husband got off work.
June 23rd – 2nd and final coat of paint trim and walls.
2 people working throughout day.
It was a lot of work! But i would do it over again because i loved how it turned out! Way cheaper than tearing out and replacing with drywall, puttying and painting drywall,
